Welcome to KDCS: we are a cycling club based in Kendal with over 150 members. With the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales on our doorstep we enjoy exploring the area by bike, on and offroad (or both), in a leisurely and sociable way. We have been organising rides and promoting cycling since 1993 and are always friendly and welcoming to new members. Joining is free. We are affiliated to Cycling UK

Ride - Sunday 22nd February

Due to the bad weather forecast Chris has decided to cancel this ride.



Start: 10:30am at Settle Railway station - Leader Chris Rowley
Planned as a short 20 mile ride in case of poor weather.   If it is a good day there are  of opportunities to extend it to 25miles.

Start:  10:30 at  Settle Railway station.  (Free Parking in “The Sidings” accessed from behind the station)    Cycle south and east to Rathmell and Wigglesworth with a break at Hellifield Railway Staiton cafe (9miles) . Then Airton, Kirkby Malham and Settle.

If fine we could extend to Malham (16miles) for lunch and return via Langcliffe (25miles)
