Kendal LC 10am then Oxenholme, Millholme, Killington Reservoir, then over the river to Barbon, Casterton and Kirkby Lonsdale. Cafe stop at Kirkby Lonsdale. Then across the main A65 road and back via Whittington, Hutton Roof, Farleton, near Milnthorpe and back via Hincaster Sedgwick, Natland. About 30 odd miles.
