Start Points: Kendal Leisure Centre 9.30 am or Olive Tree Cafe, Beetham Road, Milnthorpe 10.15 am for an earlier than usual coffee stop, leaving 10.45am.
A6 to Beetham, then Slack Head, Yealands, Warton, Crag Bank, Canal to Hest Bank and join Promenade to Morecambe for lunch.
(expect to opt out of continuing to Heysham, unless the weather is particularly settled).
Return from Morecambe to Milnthorpe via Hest Bank, Nether/Over Kellett, Tewitfield, Holme Mills, Holme etc.
Round trip from Milnthorpe approx. 35 miles.
