With The Lake District and The Yorkshire Dales on our doorstep - KDCS offers an exciting selection of cycle rides throughout the local area and beyond. There are social gatherings including slide shows, talks and supper evenings and members are kept up to date with cycling news and issues through this web site, emails and our Facebook pages. KDCS are an affiliated group of Cycling UK.

Jan 2022 - Please note that after storm Arwen, any routes using Rigmaden Bridge are no longer accessible to pedestrians or cyclists until further notice from the Council. The bridge is said to be unsafe until repairs are carried out. eg route 6a, 7a



Here are some links to KDCS suggested rides. Where possible they are chosen for safety, enjoyable riding, pleasing views and they try to detour to pubs and cafes known to serve good food and drink.
