Amended details of KDCS Ride - Saturday 15th Aug. Start Lancaster station 10am

10.00am start at Lancaster Station, Northbound side, outside Platform 3. There are two trains from Oxenholme which would work, 0912hrs and 0923hrs and two from Arnside, 0848hrs and 0909hrs. 

Plan is to leave Lancaster at 1000hrs and head east along the Lune to Woody's at Crook o' Lune for coffee, arriving there at about 1030hrs.   (Woody's is a possible alternative meeting point for anyone who wants to drive and park at Caton - free car park at Bull Beck on the A683 outside of Caton or £1 parking at Woody's itself).

From Lancaster the route follows the Lune east to Caton, then, after a stop at Woody's, heads south to the Wyre valley passing through Quernmore and Abbeystead.  After crossing the valley, the route follows the Wyre river west towards Hollins Lane.  There is a stop planned at JC Country stores ( in Forton.  From there the route heads north to Glasson Dock then back in to Lancaster.
