Distance: 81 miles
Terrain: In Cumbria, mostly on quiet highway and a mix of stone surface paths and woodland, forestry track. In Lancashire, there are some highway sections on quiet roads then mostly traffic free on a mix of towpath, stone surface route, canal towpath, promenade and dedicated traffic free cycle route.
Access: Train Stations at Morecambe, Carnforth, Grange-over-Sands and Lancaster.
